How long does a rebrand take to go live?
Most Android rebrands are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your logo, colours and DNS details. iOS and Smart TV builds take longer because of store review, typically 7 to 14 days.
What is the difference between the monthly and lifetime plans?
Monthly plans are billed every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time. Lifetime plans are a single payment that covers the rebrand and ongoing regular updates for the life of the application, with no recurring licence fee.
Can I use my own logo, colours and app name?
Yes. Every plan includes your own app name, logo and colour scheme. The Regular and Gold plans add splash screen, background and overlay colour control so the app matches your brand end to end.
Do the apps include any channels or media content?
No. Purple Smart App supplies the player software only. You connect your own media sources, and you are responsible for holding the rights to anything you distribute through the app.
Which platforms are supported?
Android phones, tablets, TV boxes and Fire TV, Apple iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and macOS, Windows desktop, Roku, and Samsung Tizen Smart TVs. LG webOS is in development.
Do I get an admin panel to manage users?
Yes. Every plan ships with an admin panel where you manage DNS entries, push notifications, app languages and over-the-air updates without needing a new store release.
